Do you find yourself overwhelmed by the the flood of information on the internet?
It's becoming increasingly difficult to start an internet business and get the basics right. Beginner to intermediate internet businesses are challenged to market their websites via the search engines, pay-per-click engines, blogs and articles to attract prospects and customers.
As if the above is not challenging enough, web 2.0 and marketing with videos and audios only makes the list for the newbie entrepreneur longer and overwhelming. The solution is to take a step-by-step approach to market your website and learn advanced techniques after you've mastered the basics.
Here's a simple 4 Step Internet Business for Beginners Plan to Market your New Blog…
1. Why you Should Setup a Blog Instead of a Website
A blog allows you to easily easily add content without needing a webmaster every time you want to do so. You simply need to log into your blogs administration panel and you can post your content to your blog. You want your content to be found in the search engines real fast.
Search engines love blogs and often index them faster than websites. In addition, a blog automates many small tasks you'd normally need a webmaster for. This includes creating a site map for the search engines, including audio on your website and linking your website pages to each other.
2. Research keywords in your Niche with Expert Tools
My recommendation is to use eitherhttp://www.nichebot.com, or
http://www.wordtracker.com, right from the beginning, as they are easy and powerful to use. And above all, you get all the keywords you need right now. Avoid fiddling with free tools. They won't give you the wide range of keywords you need. First, find out which keywords and topics you'd want to write about. Then find low competition and well searched terms you can write content about.
Post these articles to your blog and get some links to your article. The search engines will pick up your content and you'll now get additional visitors to your blog. By the way, Nichebot has video training on how to research keywords too. It's a great idea to join Nichebot if you're new to keyword research.
3. Submit Your Blog to Blog Carnivals
Add content to your blog at least 3 times a week and submit your blog to blog carnivals at http://blogcarnival.com/bc/submit.php. Look for suitable categories to submit your blog and you should start seeing traffic soon.
Blog carnivals are very effective for getting traffic, but it does require you to invest some time to go through all the carnivals and select which ones apply to your niche.
4. Use a Paid Service to Submit Your Articles to the Article Directories
For a nominal fee per month, submit your articles on auto-pilot at http://www.submityourarticle.com to the article directories and hundreds of publishers on the internet. You'll get links from article directories and publishers which will boost your site in the search engines and you'll have webmasters using your articles on their sites.
This will help you to get even more traffic. You can save money by submitting to your article to article directories by hand, but it takes a lot of time to do so. I prefer paying to have articles submitted for me as it frees my time to create products and produce content.

"Use a Paid Service to Submit Your Articles to the Article Directories"
What is your experience on this? Any experience from you when the cost for the service is more than what you earn?
Hi Calvin,
The article submit service is well worth the monthly fee, if you intend to write articles every month to promote your site.
Your earnings take time, as the articles you write get used by webmasters and article directories, and it could take a few days or months for them to use your article. In the long run though… you'll earn more than you've invested in the service.
